The Police Department will provide a Letter of Good Conduct to citizens of Kaysville City free of charge, provided there is no record at the Kaysville Police Department of a criminal conviction. These letters are commonly used by individuals who are applying for a visa for international travel or for those preparing to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Requests for a Letter of Good Conduct typically take 2–3 business days to process. Once the letter is complete, the Police Department will contact the requesting individual to notify them that it is ready to be picked up. The individual requesting the letter must be present when picking it up and must present a valid driver’s license.
